I've been using the STK Target after leg days and it really gets into the muscle. The eight independently spinning wheels roll deep without pinching, and the AcuGRIP Surface keeps it from sliding on skin or clothes. The ergonomic handles make it easy to control how much pressure I apply, which I appreciate on tighter spots. At 15 inches it fits in my gym bag, so it comes with me when I travel. Solid build and it helped with circulation and recovery.
