I picked up the GRID Caps to make my hollow core roller more useful, and they do exactly that. The caps snap on easily and turn the inside of my GRID 2.0 into storage for a towel, keys, and a resistance band. The adjustable strap makes it comfortable to carry over the shoulder to the gym. It only fits TriggerPoint hollow core rollers, so check your model first. Solid, simple idea that keeps my gear together.
