The GRID VIBE Plus feels different from my old plain foam roller. The vibrations add a nice extra layer of relief on sore spots, and the small diameter lets me get into tight areas like my calves and shoulders without much effort. The deep grid pattern is firm but manageable. Battery has lasted close to the two hours stated when fully charged, and it is easy to carry to the gym. Good for pre- and post-training use at home or on the go.
