I picked up the NANO Foot Roller for sore arches after long runs, and it does exactly what I hoped. It is lightweight and easy to keep by my desk or toss in a gym bag. The surface feels a bit like a therapist's fingertips, firm but not painful, and rolling for a few minutes helps relieve minor aches in my feet and forearms.
