The STK Contour has become a regular part of my recovery routine. The hourglass shape really does wrap around my calves and quads, and the nine medium-density spindles rolling independently give a smooth, even pressure instead of pinching. I use it seated while watching TV and standing for my hamstrings and back. The slim handles make it easy to adjust how much pressure I apply, and the spindles wipe clean since they resist sweat. Great for post-workout soreness or just unwinding after a long day.
