I picked up the Recycled GRID 1.0 as my first foam roller and it's been great. The hollow core feels sturdy and keeps its shape even after daily use, and the EVA foam surface is easy to wipe down after sweaty sessions. The GRID pattern really does offer three different feels: the flat areas for larger muscles, the ridges for kneading, and the nodules for targeted pressure. It's comfortable enough for a beginner but lets me go deeper when I want. Solid choice for easing tight muscles and improving mobility.
