I keep the NANO X Foot Roller by my desk and use it after runs and long days on my feet. It's lightweight and portable, so it fits easily in my gym bag. The surface really does feel like fingertips working into the arch and heel, and rolling for a few minutes helps ease minor aches in my feet and forearms.
