I picked up the MB5 Eco Massage Ball mainly for hip and shoulder tightness, and the 5-inch size gives me more leverage than my old smaller ball. The layered density really does feel like a deeper tissue massage, similar to an elbow pressing in. I like that it's made with renewable and bio-based materials and that the foam surface wipes clean easily. It's firm, so I ease into it, but it has helped my range of motion after workouts. Solid for everyday use at home or the gym.
