The GRID X is definitely the firmest roller I've tried, so it's best for deep pressure rather than gentle rolling. The hollow core keeps its shape well even after months of use, and the EVA foam surface wipes clean easily since it resists sweat. I really like the patented GRID pattern, the flat areas, tubular ridges and dense nodules give three different sensations in one roller. It works great on my legs, back and shoulders, and helps ease tightness and soreness after training. Not for beginners, but excellent if you want serious deep-tissue pressure.
